Meet George Motz

We recently caught up with author, filmmaker, and hamburger expert George Motz while he was traveling through Oklahoma doing research for the follow up to his 2008 book, Hamburger America.  George stopped at Sid’s Diner for a quick bite and chat with owner Marty Hall.
